Jesus Saves
On the average more than 55
men are sheltered at the
Mission each night.

A half century ago

Martinsburg's business, church, and community leaders saw a need: providing for the homeless. They joined together and opened up the Martinsburg Union Rescue Mission. The mission has been caring for the homeless ever since.
We serve three meals a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

The mission receives no government funds.
It operates soley through community donations and a small amount of income generated by operating a thrift store and recycling center.

I WAS THIRSTY, and you gave Me drink;
I WAS A STRANGER, and you took Me in;
